Forks fully stripped and cleaned to check for any damage/imperfections. Fork tubes & stanchions inspected for damage (dents/pitting). The forks will then be rebuilt and put back together using the highest quality products and Motul oils.
Shock is stripped apart and all internals removed, cleaned and inspected including shim stacks, piston, seals housing, bump rubber. The shock will then be rebuilt and put back together using the highest quality products and Motul oils. All shocks are bled up with our vacuum pump ensuring no air is trapped inside the unit and then charged up with nitrogen. Once completed the spring preload is set ready to go.
Stock suspension is rarely set up to suit individual riders needs. Whether you ride or race the suspension setup is key for getting the most out of your ride. Inside your suspension is a stack of shims which control the damping of your compression / rebound. In our workshop we can adjust these settings with your feedback to help make the suspension perform better for your needs such as height, weight, riding style and skill level.
